KMC Global acquires CDM Systems
KMC Global, Kalamazoo, MI – the parent company of Hapman – has acquired CDM Systems, Inc., headquartered in Elk River, MN. CDM Systems is a leading manufacturer of bespoke en-masse conveyors and marine leg ship unloaders. The company is recognised for its heavy-duty, high-capacity en-masse conveyors that are capable of operating reliably in extreme conditions. The conveyors feature an abrasion-resistant steel frame and a high alloy, drop-forged, hardened chain assembly. They are designed for mining, potash, cement, co-generation boiler feed, and similar heavy industrial applications.
