Beumer Group, a global supplier of automated material handling systems, has extended its North America hub with the assimilation of the former FAM operations in Calgary, Alberta. The move follows the acquisition of FAM Minerals & Mining GmbH last year. Now known as Beumer Group Canada, the former FAM has become an integral part of the Beumer family.

At the same time, we have now formed a strong company in Canada to further expand our business not only in the Mineral & Mining field but also in Airports, Logistics Solutions, Products and Customer Support. Following the acquisition of FAM last year, we have been working closely with the team in Canada to improve our customer reach.“
