Daxner has expanded its pneumatic conveying technology product line. Dense phase conveying systems are the solution for gentle and low-segregation transportation of a wide range of goods, including sensitive or very cohesive products. With very abrasive products, this process greatly reduces system wear. This technology is also characterized by high energy efficiency.

The basic mode of operation of a dense phase conveying system is both efficient and simple: The product is fed into the sending vessel, which is sealed and pressurized. The air pressure then pushes the column of bulk material through the pipe to the receiving station - with minimal segregation or particle destruction. Due to their bulk material properties, some bulk materials require additional energy to be added along the conveying line (bypass conveying).
