27.03.2023 Zeppelin at SOLIDS Dortmund 2023

In conjunction with Magdalena Kitzmann GmbH, Friedrichshafen-based plant manufacturer Zeppelin Systems is exhibiting at the SOLIDS Dortmund 2023 exhibition this week, presenting a wide range of its solutions for storing, mixing, transporting, dosing, weighing, distributing, processing and analysing granules, powders and other bulk materials

Zeppelin Systems and Kitzmann are displaying its broad product and service portfolio for material handling, including everything from mixers to silos, components in pneumatic conveyor plants, smart control concepts to the production of turnkey plants and after-sales service.

"As an experienced plant manufacturer, we have worked in a wide range of industries for many years, are familiar with our customers' needs and have the right solution for every challenge," says Dr. Markus Vöge, CEO of Zeppelin Systems GmbH.

"In addition to high-quality products, our customers benefit from comprehensive technical consulting services. In particular, product tests and our expertise in planning and installing plants in potentially explosive areas make Zeppelin Systems and Kitzmann unique," adds Nico Gräfe, Managing Director of Kitzmann.

Zeppelin Systems aims to reflect its customer and service promise “We Create Solutions” by continuously adapting and further developing its products. In addition to the optimized DVV two-channel diverter valve, examples of this include the improved DFM 240 rotary valve or an even more powerful rotary sieving machine.

Zeppelin Systems is also developing mixing technology, combining its expertise with the technical and technological expertise of two companies that it has acquired - Henschel and MTI. In addition to intensive, container and horizontal mixers, the portfolio also includes heating/cooling mixer combinations.

When it comes to silos, Zeppelin Plant Engineering offers its Smart Storage Solutions and the innovative Bolt-Tec system. Silos are bolted together on site at the customer's premises, thus eliminating the need for welding at the construction site. The segments are manufactured in an innovative and climate-friendly manner using friction stir welding technology. Installation costs are also possible with simple, subsequent volume expansion for a capacity of up to 1,000 cubic meters as standard.

“As an integrated solution provider in plant engineering, we find the right process, machine, components, or turnkey plant engineering solution for every industry, sector or customer challenge,” says Hubert Stojanovic, Vice President Performance Materials at Zeppelin Systems GmbH.
