Discharging cement from FIBCs with minimal dust Telschig Verfahrenstechnik based in Murrhardt, Germa= ny, has recently introduced discharge systems for single-trip bulk bags carry= ing cement and similar materials. Available as mobile or stationary units, th= ey offer a capacity of 20-25 bags/h. The filled bags are lowered on to a slitting blade causing a 650mm diameter aperture to be cut in the base of= the bag, which is then raised gradually under slight vibration to ensure comp= lete discharge. Material is then conveyed pneumatically to storage via a lump breaker. www.telschig.com/ceme= nt
