Humber acquired by Storsack

Leading UK-based bulk bag producer Humber has been bought by Storsack Group, headquartered in Viernheim, Germany, itself the world’s foremost manufacturer of bulk bags. In 2000 Humber had set up Humber China Ltd in Shenzhen, a wholly owned subsidiary which in recent years is believed to have been producing over two million bags/year. Storsack already has a joint venture in Chongqing, Jianfeng Plastic Industry Co, with a capacity in excess of 1.5 million bags/year. www.storsack.com
