Vibrating
floor feeds biomass (1 October 2007) Silexport International of France has successfully carried
out trials using its VIBRAFLOOR vibrating floor system for feeding wood
chips, pellets, sawdust and shredded bark automatically from 20ft containers
into a furnace without any intermediate handling. In cold climates, 90cu m
railcar loads of frozen wood chips were unloaded in 3-4min. Latest VIBRAFLOOR
installations include a 26m diameter sulphur silo in Portugal and a
self-unloading Norwegian fish feed vessel. |
