was acquiring Elan Software Systems SA based =

Toulouse, France, for an undisclosed sum. The French company is an
international software supplier for manufacturing execution systems (MES)=

the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. With a workforce of 60, it wil=
l be
assigned to the automation systems business unit of Siemens. “On th=
