Schütz officially opens Moerdijk plant

At a grand opening ceremony on 26 September attended by some 500 guests, Schütz of Selters, Germany, officially opened its new Dutch manufacturing facility located at Moerdijk (see Euro Industry News of 19 November 2007). Approximately 120 staff will manufacture the company’s entire product range at the 95,000m² site, including intermediate bulk containers (IBCs) as well as PE and steel drums. Customers of the plant will be offered Full Service Packaging, a unique provision which takes care of all organisational and administrative tasks relating to filling, handling and logistics. www.schuetz.net
