Radial screw discharger for kenaf chips

Saxlund International of Soltau-Harber, Germany, has delivered a large radial screw discharger to the new Phuong Nam pulp plant currently being built near Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The screw will reclaim hacked kenaf chips at a rate of 370cu m/h from beneath a 15m high stockpile. Kenaf is a plant from the hibiscus family that provides an annually renewable source of fibre for the paper industry. www.saxlund-international.de
