Robson screw conveyors relocated at British Sugar

As part of £1.4M contract just completed by Geo Robson & Co (Conveyors) Ltd for British Sugar’s Newark plant, 15 Robson screw conveyors previously supplied to two other British Sugar sites were relocated after thorough refurbishment. These ranged in size up to 12m long and 1.1m diameter, some of which had originally been supplied 10 years ago. Also moved was a 32m belt conveyor and new 60m belt conveyor was supplied, the entire equipment installation taking six months. www.robson.co.uk
