Mauser and Janus Vaten start Dutch joint venture

Mauser Group which belongs to One Equity Partners, the investment arm of the American bank JP Morgan Chase, has set up a joint venture with Janus Vaten of Oosterhout, the Netherlands, for collection, cleaning, rebottling, repair and testing of IBCs. Trading as NCG Benelux from beginning of 2008, it will be similar to NCG UK (see above). In 2004 Mauser acquired National Container Group (NCG) in North America. www.ncg-europe.com
