40^th birthday for Eriez Europe

On 22 April 1968, South Wales Switchgear – the original licensee of US magnet manufacturer Eriez Manufacturing Co – received its first ever order, for a simple lifting magnet. The licensee, which was destined to become Eriez Magnetics Europe Ltd, has progressed from these early days to achieve several world firsts in the field of magnetic separation and metal detection including the most powerful suspended magnet ever built. www.eriez.com
