Eirich acquires Spanish competitor Molaris

With around 1200 staff in 10 countries on four continents, Eirich Group announced in mid-August the acquisition of Molaris SL based at La Pobla de Vallbona, Valencia, the leading Spanish manufacturer of grinding equipment for ceramic materials and minerals. Apart from expanding its presence in Spain, the move will now allow the German supplier of mixing and grinding technologies to add pendulum mills and driers to its product portfolio. www.eirich.com
