Avery Weigh-Tronix now US-owned

It was announced on 26 September that industrial weighing specialist Avery Weigh-Tronix based in Smethwick, West Midlands, UK, has been purchased from its previous owner European Capital by Illinois Tool Works (ITW) headquartered in Glenview, IL.
