Arodo stays independent

Belgium-based Arodo BVBA, the leading European manufacturer of sack filling and palletising systems, has in recent months been in negotiations with Premier Tech with a view to being taken over by the Canadian manufacturer. Earlier this year both parties appeared eager for the acquisition to take place and in the week of 18 February it was announced on this website that the deal was going ahead.
