Allgaier splits into three independent companies

With effect from beginning of July Allgaier Werke of Uhingen, Germany, has restructured into three separate entities. Allgaier Werke GmbH remains as the holding company and will also manage the foreign subsidiaries. Tool-making and production of pressed parts becomes the responsibility of Allgaier Automotive GmbH. All screening, drying and granulating activities, including subsidiaries in Sweden and Spain, are now controlled by Allgaier Process Technology GmbH. www.allgaier.de
