Solimar Pneumatics, USA, has announced a new method of installation for its 2in diameter Mini Fluidizer discs. The new Fast-Fit Kit only requires a small 1-1/8in diameter hole to be drilled. The Fluidizer is then inserted from outside the vessel or pipeline. An alignment plate correctly positions the Fluidizer stem for easy attachment and a retaining cable assists in trouble-free installation of gasket, washer and nut. The Mini-Fluidizer is ideal for tight curvature chambers down to 4in diameter (100mm) to keep product from bridging, rat-holing or hanging up in corners. Product advantages include superior sealing properties, optimised air volume and an original durable design that will not tear, crack, wear prematurely or clog.
