Mettler Toledo, Nänikon, Switzerland, will be  giving pride of place at Powtech to its SWB605 PowerMount™ weigh modules on Stand 1-529. Within the capacity range 220kg – 90t, they continuously monitor load cell performance, discovering variances before they adversely affect productivity. This allows manufacturers to stay in control of processes and avoid mistakes before they cost money. The POWERCELL® load cells have on-board microprocessors to adjust the weighing signal to compensate for environmental changes. Plug and play connectors directly at the load cells make installation fast and easy.

 

Also on show will be  the new ACT350 weight transmitter which provides 600 filtered-weight values per second without need for additional software filtering in the PLC program to eliminate vibrations (see EBS News for week of 14 March for further details). www.mt.com
